TIER Model Reports#

Cost and accepted outcomes for each task, with the evidence and limits beside them.

These Model Reports are historical case studies with errata. Each edition reports accepted outcomes and cost at published list rates for stated tasks. Read the dated corrections and limitations before interpreting the original findings. Rows keep the order of the source table; tables have no sorting controls. No third-party clean-rejudge receipt has been established.
